Koda, my 11 year old rescue recently visited Dr Hass for his check up and shots. He absolutely adores everyone there - showing his affection with lots of wiggles and kisses! I credit his positive behavior due to the way Dr Hass & the staff treat him. He receives plenty of kindness and in turn he loves everyone there. I’m happy to have found this small town clinic that is capable of providing all the services found in larger facilities such as Wellness Exams & Vaccinations, lab work, X-Rays & Ultrasound, dental cleaning, spay & neutering, orthopedic surgery and more. How fortunate to have Dr Hass and her staff caring for my Koda!

We took our adopted baby in to get an approximate age on him as well as shots and an overall assessment. They were kind and gentle and very informative. They are great with the follow up calls about his additional care needed. Great place!

When our long time family vet retired I was really apprehensive to go anywhere. My 11 year old puppy started limping and we knew he needed to be seen. After losing his brother three years ago I was very emotional going in with my fur baby. The staff was super kind and understanding. For some reason at the end I got super emotional about my puppy being labeled a senior now and they were very empathetic. From the phone call to the office they were incredibly kind. They explained our puppers care plan in depth, and made sure he got great care. From the bottom of my heart thank you for treating us with care and understanding. We are grateful we found a new lifelong family vet. Loki says thank you too🥰🥰

We moved from North Carolina to Braidwood, Illinois, and we have a Yorkie that needed to be seen and we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get an appointment that day! The price was a little bit much, but the people were great! We have several dogs so as we take them in one by one to be seen I hope the service continues to be great! I do hope the prices come down a bit because we have six dogs, but We were very happy that our Yorkie is being treated for a bladder infection. They called us back right away and let us know to come pick up some medicine so our little Yorky Ziva is on her way to Getting better.

Our Dogs always get very good care. The Vet always listens to us. She is kind to us and our dogs. Highly recommended!!
