The one star was for the girl( I think her name was Railey) who did my skin treatment, she did an amazing job! Well I'm glad I enjoyed it before I went back to the office and to start being pressured on buying the package that costs $3K for 6 sessions. And they said that is only today's offer, I see now on some reviews they did that with other too, on different times. I clearly told them, I came here for one treatment and planed to spend that much money, and she replied: "ohh I never seen a woman on budget like you,when you go to grocery store do you buy only things you have on list? " , I was shocked how she can call herself a professional. That was horrible , she kept me more than 30min insisting I buy the package because if I step out I can't have the offer anymore. I saw Renee today and she was super nice and very informative and experienced. I had the cryo facial with radio frequently done. I had some immediate subtle results. I will say if you go for the package deal you saw online be prepared to make a commitment to a future treatment that day. I didn't realize I needed to make a immediate decision that day for future treatment to lock in the best price. I always like to discuss things with my husband before committing so that threw me off a little. Slightly high pressure sales strategy but respectful done. We were able to find a happy medium that worked for us both with room for future growth in treatment if desired.

My first visit I had Michaela and she was absolutely great, very friendly and welcoming environment from all the staff Makayla did a great job. I had a facial and work on my neck. She will definitely be my person I asked for when I go back in again. They definitely deserve five stars

My facial was awesome. I got cleansed, exfoliated, extractions, blue light, recleansed, and even a follow-up massage to my décolleté. Lovely Elise is so pleasan and complementary. My skin is naturally glowing and beautiful now, and I plan to come back for the peel just to get rid of the unwanted layers of microscarring and tougher, wrinkled skin.
