If you’re looking for top-tier aesthetic care in South Florida, I can’t recommend Skin Care of South Miami enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. I had Dysport done, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mariam the PA and her medical assistant Sarah were so accommodating, professional, and genuinely sweet. They took their time to answer all my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and I could immediately tell I was in skilled, experienced hands. What really stood out to me was how attentive and caring the staff was. They truly go above and beyond to create a positive, relaxed environment.

I had a great experience with Mariam, the PA-C. She is incredible! She took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. She was extremely thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. She’s also kind, and sweet. Everyone in the office is very warm and attentive. I highly recommend Mariam, and the entire staff.

Unfortunately, my experience at Skin Center of South Miami did not match the overwhelmingly positive reviews. From start to finish, the appointment felt awkward and impersonal, and I left knowing I would not return. No one made me feel particularly welcomed or comfortable - it felt like a very standard doctor’s office visit, without any warmth or effort to go above and beyond. The front desk interaction was fine but unremarkable. The assistant who escorted me to the room and assisted Ms. Borges was extremely serious and lacked basic bedside manner. The interaction felt stiff and uncomfortable, and the blank stares throughout the appointment made the experience feel oddly awkward. I went in for a full-body mole check and discussed cosmetic treatments as well, and the entire visit felt odd

This office was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and completely free of judgment. Dr. Kerdel was highly professional, confident, and sharp in his decision-making. I am very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend this office.

My first time at the office was for a Galentine’s Day event, and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming and sweet. It was my first time doing filler and I was a bit nervous at first, but the PA assured me a beautiful and natural look and that’s exactly what I walked out with. I will definitely be going back.
