The whole team here is so nice. They ask you how you’re feeling after you get medication when you’re sick. They even sent me to a competing pharmacy when they couldn’t get one of my medicines at a lower price. I love using them.

My mother is a very happy Skaff's customer. She lives in a senior building and has limited transportation and Skaff's not only delivers her meds but also has come to pick up her written Rx's, fills them and then returns with the prescription filled. That's really nice service, and especially kind to offer to a customer with limited transportation. I have picked up prescriptions for her in the past and the Pharmacists and all the staff are excellent. Very friendly and I can tell that they know my mother well. They are aware of what medications she is taking and have been very helpful in recommending OTC products that will not interfere with her current medication. If you go to Skaff's, you get all the perks of a small neighborhood pharmacy, with none of the headaches of a chain pharmacy. Neha and her staff actually care if you get a prescription refilled successfully, and they actually make sure that your insurance will cover it properly (if at all possible). If something goes wrong, they take the time to communicate with you and the doctor by default. If you're looking for something they don't carry, they'll order it for you. Skaff's does have an automated system to handle refills, and it is quite easy to use. Out of all the things I said above, I can't say even one of them is consistently true of the other pharmacies I've used in my life, no matter how big and sophisticated they say they are.
