S&J Pharmacy

I called the pharmacy to get a couple days extension for picking up my prescription due to winter freeze and as I was talking to the pharmacist she asked where I was located. She was so helpful and offered to deliver my prescription to me. I had been out of my meds for a couple of weeks and so thankful for her. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs in such a thoughtful way. This isnt the first but many times they have helped me through prescription advice. Great friendly service from everyone at the sanger Tx location.

S & J pharmacy is the best! nicest group of people you could meet nicely decorated store and merchandise they fill my and my husband’s prescriptions promptly they keep the meds stock up. We’ve had iced over roads all week and they still delivered my prescriptions I’m so happy to have them as our Pharmacy!!!

After years of using this pharmacy I am looking for a different place to use, this one has gotten horrible recently, you wait days for meds because they don't feel pain medicine is a necessity, I've been prescribed the same medication for over a year by a neurologist and have to wait for it for days at a time. If a specialist such as a brain Dr is ordering a medication there is obviously a reason They simply don't care about their customers, they are rude when you call, they are rude when you go up there, so glad there will be a new pharmacy in town now!!

I recently moved from Denton to Sanger and was excited to switch my prescriptions to S&J Pharmacy since it’s right down the street. Unfortunately, my first visit wasn’t great, the drive-through staff was rude, and after I left, they called asking me to come back because they forgot to put the medicine in the bag. I’ve noticed similar reviews about customer service, so hopefully they can take the feedback and make future experiences better.

Literally the worst. They are so rude and have what seems to be high school students who work there who can’t answer any questions. Every single time I’ve had a prescription sent here there is always some sort of issue. Telling me they can’t fill my insulin until they speak with my doctor, then when my doctor tries getting ahold of them telling them they need to give me exactly what’s prescribed it takes them 2 weeks to get it together. I’m always interrogated when buying syringes. I’ve also been given prescriptions for someone else 2 separate times. I can’t wait to transfer to the new Tom Thumb.
