Kathy has been a great massage therapist. She knows how to get the kinks out. I have a dfficult time relaxing and she provides a great opportunity for me to do so. Over the weekend friends came into town. At the last minute I needed a massage, not just for me but for them too. She came through and provided all of us with excellent care, pressure and release for the busy lives we lead..

Found Kathy Sistare on line for Manchester. It was near my house . This lady Kathy was amazing, I went in with bad tennis elbow and lower back pain. She talked too me first to explain what she does. She worked on my problem areas a long time , then gave me a overall massage. I felt so very relaxed when I left and at days end the tennis elbow was 100 percent better. I was looking for a massage therapist who was pre-natal certified and struggling to find one locally. As chance would have it, someone referred me here and I was very pleased with my massage. As I have relied on massage to manage many issues over the years I found her to be very knowledgeable and skilled. I will certainly be booking again in the near future.

When you attentively listen to a person's story and in my case, look at their posture and begin to do bodywork on them, you come to learn more about their needs, then they even know. Non-Judgemental. Everyone deserves to be treated with empathy, for their situation. For the past 23 years, I have consistantly shared my experience, my knowledge, my skills & techniques, and even self care, in a compassionate, caring manner. I feel very Blessed that I have helped so many people and their families and friends, to be relieved of chronic pain, a deep sense of overall anxiety, and many that just felt they got a great massage!
