I was originally referred for vertigo/dizziness/spinning. After meeting with Dr. Sisson the first time and a brief testing, he showed me simple exercises that I could do on my own at home, I am feeling so much better and in control because of this advice. The dizziness is gone, but if it returns, I can handle it with the skills I have learned. I am also continuing with Physical Therapy for hip/arm/leg strengthening with Charlene/Charlie. She is wonderful, kind and patient, but very firm in her therapy sessions. I am noticing a big difference overall. The office staff is casual and friendly, but very professional. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very different experience than most. I’ve struggled with back pain for the last 20 years. Recently it has gotten worse. So I googled who was the best practice to see for back pain, of course Sisson showed up at the top, so I read the reviews and said to myself this is the place I need to be. Scheduled an appointment, seen what I believe to be a physical therapist. He looked at my back and said I needed to make a follow up appointment to have the problem corrected. I made an appointment with the front desk. Two days later they called and wanted $240. cash! The lady said if my insurance paid, they would pay me back. I have been very pleased with the therapy that I have received at Sisson Associates. At first Dr. Sisson conducted an evaluation of my situation and outlined the treatments needed to give me help. The personnel there were very proficient in providing the required treatments to me. At the conclusion of my prescribed treatments Dr. Sisson conducted an exit evaluation to be sure the treatments had accomplished their goal. I will highly recommend Sisson Associates for anyone seeking physical therapy,
