My insurance paid for a visit to this office but I still got a bill. I called to see why I got a bill and proved that my insurance paid and it was still sent to collections. My insurance approved it ahead of time so now my credit is affected by their incompetence. When I called I just asked how much my insurance paid of my bill and that set her off for some reason. So rude and unprofessional. This was my son's appointment a few years ago we did get a diagnosis and he's good now.

I can’t express how unprofessional they are . I just had a partial nephrectomy , ER found a tumor.DR.OLSEN did the surgery and no one in that place will care if you are in pain. They won’t inform you of other types of pain you will have either. I already went to ER and few days ago but today AUG 14,2025 I had to call because of a different pain I was having . All I wanted was to get information on why this was happening but of course they think I just want pain meds, keep in mind I’ve been in pain management since 2007 . DO NOT get any type of surgery here

Unacceptable to wait 40 minutes; I was early for my appointment sat in the waiting room and taken back to the room for the last 10 minutes. I don't think I am the only one disappointed, a gentleman in the hall was also complaining about the wait. I left...

October 25, 2024 Had CAT scan at Sunnybrook October 29th consult with Siouxland urology, kidney test ordered November 15th, radiological kidney test, right kidney issue November 16Th, talked to the urology nurse about the results November 19Th Talked to Dr. Dan Olsen about surgery. He said he was going to pass me off to his brother. He had more experience. My current surgeon has explained to me that the surgery is not complicated. December 4Th (two weeks later), I talked to the nurse in charge of surgeries. Her name was Gregoria insisted she would call me back with a surgical date. December 2 and 11th, I called HealthPartners. There had been no request for surgery from urology. January 2, 2025 I received a text from Dune surgical hospital. I

Wouldn't take my dog to get neutered there... Let alone my. Don't believe me. Look at the sea of bad reviews below.
