Where do I start… I got braces because I promised my daughter if she gets them I would. Well here I am 43 and getting braces. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end end. Each visit I was greeted by the wonderful Miss Elizabeth, who I had many conversations with. Such a sweet woman. Miss Patti put my braces on and is such a kind woman. We joke about sports and things to do, but always with a smile on her face. Dr. Singer is a great man. Always ready to talk and share his travel stories. He is very professional and never once did I feel rushed, but quite the opposite. Time never mattered…simply the end result on each visit and perfection. Don't recommend - was in his "care" for 2.5 yrs longer than necessary Broke a tooth and blamed me as if I was the one tightening my teeth without doing xray or mris on a special case after I told him several times I was pain, they said it was normal to feel pain, obviously not I lost a tooth! He is mean to his employees, 2 of them quit during my time there and I never saw replacements so I believe he was putting more stress on the one black lady employee to do reception work and dental assisting The techniques and equipment are outdated - I believe for the price you can find someone with up to date technology and more care for their team and establishment Also they have a picture of Jerry Seinfeld like a trophy who dated a minor in high school when he was 40 -yuck
