Doctor Hamidi is one of the best doctors in the business, its just a shame that he's stuck at this place. First real red flag was the lack of an answering machine; as someone who has to call in every month to get a refill on my medication, this is a problem. Every single time I would call in, I would be on hold for at least 30 minutes before I was able to talk to anyone. Everytime I have gone into the office, the people look haggard and completely exhausted and they are rude as a result. Recently, it seems like they've decided to outsource their phone calls some some kind of contractor. The system is a mess, and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They don't do their job properly and 9 times out of 10, I have to call back a second time to make sure they are sending the medicatio

The doctor's office is not as great as it was years ago. I sent a message to the NP. She has not been responding for over a week now. I met the new doctor and didn't like the way he discussed things. He refused to write the request for my employer and had no patience. I am going to look for a new doctor. I don't recommend you see this office.

They don’t care about your time at all. Waited 30 minutes to have someone ask me to reschedule to 2 hours later. Went from having a great doctor at a great place to have a great doctor at a horrible place. Such a shame

Avoid. Staff is rude, we have always (5 years now) had to wait for more than 30 minutes and several times over an hour (and the one time that there was an accident and WE were late by 14 minutes - they would not see us even though it was to address a UTI and told us to go to Patient First! even after we asked them to please ask the doctor if she could still take us). We ended up here because of insurance, but I sure wish we could switch.

Don’t waste your time coming here! I made an appointment months out and was told to show up early to fill out paperwork at 9:30 for my 10am appointment. I show up at 9:30 like I was told to, wait 15 minutes for the person ahead of me to get finished checking in and then get turned away. Apparently, I was called yesterday (the day before my appointment) to come at 9:15 instead if I didn’t receive something in the mail. I was told to reschedule because of their mistakes. I will not be returning here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone letting them waste your time either.
