I have been a patient of Sini Dental in Van Nuys, CA for many years. The staff is friendly. The Dentists treat you with great care. I was given fantastic service and the dental work was excellent. You are treated like family. The perfect office for your dental needs.

I am very disappointed with this dental office, first of all when I walked in there, they forgot my appointment even though I talked to them the day before to confirm, the gentleman who took my x-ray wasn't friendly, but he was not rude when I was taken to the examination room there was this one person in the cellphone watching tick toks so unprofessional, but the one who takes the cake was the dentist who didn't see my x-rays or my mouth for a minute and told me I need a deep cleaning and a cavity, on top of that when the person who also is the receptionist came to give me the cost of the procedure that by the way is 100% cover by my insurance, tried to charge me 240 dollars for the deep cleaning, called my insurance to confirm that and they say yes is 100% cover. I had a terrible experience at Sinai Dental. The owner, Mr. Sinai, has a terrible attitude and lacks knowledge about dental care. When I asked him questions about my treatment plan, he talked down to me and made me feel stupid for asking. He was also very rude and dismissive when I expressed concerns about the pain I was experiencing during the procedure. In addition to Mr. Sinai's poor attitude, the service I received from the rest of the staff was also disappointing. They were disorganized and seemed to be rushing through their work, which made me feel like I was just another number to them. Overall, I would not recommend Sinai Dental to anyone. The lack of respect and knowledge from the owner and the poor service from the rest of the staff make this place a total nightmare.

Wow when I tell you this dental office is amazing! Then I mean they are amazing! I had a supper experience at this dental office I called them I got a appointment right away, when I got there the stuff was very friendly and helpful, I saw the doctor at time and they did a check up and explain to me very clearly what procedure I need! I’m really satisfied and I can say I find my dentist! Thank you Sinai Dental group.

I called to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted. I have blue shield insurance. The woman at the desk blatantly lied, saying that they could not confirmed my insurance because the insurance office is closed on Saturdays. I went to another dentist the same day, that confirmed my insurance without issue. Sinai Dental has terrible customer service and is a lazy, money hungry business. If you need dental work done, I highly suggest going to a different dentist. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.
