Simply Results Physical Therapy

I love Kristy she has just been amazing over the years. I have seen her numerous times. She is helping with so many issues she is helping with knee replacement hip replacement She also does treatment for pelvic issues bladder issues. One of the newest things that we are Working on is bio feedback. Looking forward to pursuing that She is so professional and very kind. She is such a great physical therapist And I would recommend her highly.

Simply Results Physical Therapy/ Kristi has been such a huge help for my issues. Kristi is a physical therapist who promotes holistic healing by addressing both physical and mental aspects of pain or injury. Her approach has helped me manage my pain, stress & sleep problems and just promoted a better overall well-being. I love the connection she makes between mindfulness and physical therapy. I have learned so much from her and I have a much better quality-of-life. I am finally sleeping through the night !

I have only wonderful things to say about Kathleen (PT) and Simply Results. I’ve gone to them twice now. First with a hip injury that was complicated and quite the mystery. Kathleen worked extensively to find the best treatment plan that gave me 100% wholeness again. I was able to return to my active lifestyle of swimming, backpacking and weight training with no lingering effects of my injury. The second time my back “went out” due to my scoliosis. In no time Kathleen, through exercises and treatments, had me “straightened out” and I was back to normal activities. Simply results gave me a customized plan that brought me fast and successful results. They also saw me within days of my call. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!

Simply Results is simply wonderful! Kristi Ayers has created a lovely welcoming practice. The environment is gentle and calm and the services are individually focused. Kristi took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained the treatment and home practice carefully. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They identified the problem and worked with me to develop a solution. We developed a plan of action and worked on the appropriate therapy to improve my quality of life. After verifying that the approach was working as expected and I had reached a point where I felt comfortable working on my own, I was released from their care.
