Went to 2 different locations before this one to get 3 xray pictures. The first one, the xray machine wasn't working, the second one around the corner from this location said, the wait was going to be one and a half hours so I should go here. When I got here, the ladies at the front desk said it would be 2 and a half hour wait and I should go to another location. I explained to them that I'd already been to 2 locations so I would just wait. The one lady looked super irritated and was like ok fine. About 40 min later I was called back for my xray. Seems like the employees that work here as receptionist do not do very well with thier jobs. In the 40 min I sat there, several other people came in and were sent away by them as well. What a horrible way to treat patients that are in pain just so

I am writing a review on lab corp. the logo of which is shown in the photos. Horrible service, upon entering, the website for checking in did not work, they had to give me a paper to fill out which asked for information that was difficult to get. like registration number. I don't know why they could not put it on the site with the QR code that is supposed to check you in. On top of this the staff is not very friendly. Very dissapointed.

This is first time i am taking X-RAY.. Took a foot x-ray on Tuesday and till Friday the radiologist haven't seen yet.. ( i learned it when i called them why doctor's haven't received it yet, i was told it is 3 business days to get report ) now that week end comes over hoping that they would see it on Monday ( or god knows when ).. I guess people forgot that these ramification of delaying things beyond reasonable time frames.. need to think about going there again ever.

They were behind in appointments, but they got everyone in and taken care of.

Very accommodating and understanding. Great staff.
