This place is fantastic! The facility is clean, fresh and neat, top bottom. Tiffany, Carlos and Dr Hasan are the most incredible trio you could ask for. They keep things moving at a phenomenal pace balancing everyone’s needs while maintaining a great atmosphere which is quite unique. Love their service and their personalities. Keep doing the great work guys! You’re making big differences in daily lives and you’re much appreciated.

This is by far the best urgent care facility experience of my life. My wife and I have each had multiple visits at this amazingly efficient, highly professional, genuinely friendly and skilled urgent care. Dr. Hassan listens to your medical history, life needs and she carefully observes your symptoms before diagnosing and discussing potential treatment plans. They treated us with a sense of urgency to get us back to good health as quickly as possible. My wife and I highly recommend this urgent care facility and staff.

Dr. Hasan and her entire team truly go above and beyond to ensure both excellent treatment and an outstanding patient experience. From the moment you arrive at the urgent care clinic, you’re greeted with a compassionate, super-quick check-in, followed by minimal wait time. Carlos then walks you through what to expect during your visit, which makes the experience even more reassuring. I can’t thank this team enough for their urgency in care and their exceptional bedside manner.

By far the best urgent care I have ever been to, they really take such good care of you. They are not slow, they pay attention, and they truly want to get you better. Huge shout out to Carlos for taking care of me when I was sick this week. I've never seen such professionalism and care in one place. Highly recommend and will definitely return for any urgent care needs.

Feeling so grateful for Dr. Hasan and the team here! We were in Simi Valley for our anniversary and unfortunately I was not feeling so great. I was worried my trip would be ruined as we were only there for 3 days. Dr. Hasan and the fabulous team here of Carlos and Tiffany were so courteous and professional. They put me right at ease and their facility is the best one I've ever seen. Clean, warm and welcoming. I knew I was in great hands. Thank to them, my trip was saved! 10/10 stars, will be coming back!
