I want to start by noting I work in healthcare. This office is awesome. The staff is friendly, they truly cared about my dog, equipment is up to date and efficient. I brought my dog in for a cough, figuring she had bronchitis. Turns out she has pneumonia. We spent less than two hours there, X-rays were crystal clear, paperwork ready right away, medications ready quickly, all surrounded by amazing staff. The best part, they’ve been checking in almost daily, I received all the medical notes from the doctor by email, and links to the radiologic images to view, all without asking. I feel great having them nearby and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my dog or cat next time I need them. Great people, wonderful care. I would go back here in a heartbeat. They took us in right away. There was no one else waiting on a Wednesday night, so we got lucky maybe, but they took us in right away. They did everything they could and were incredibly gentle with our dog who really needed the help. Highly recommend! Even if it's out of your way. If the animal urgent care places near you are all full or too busy, come up here to Simi. They will take care of your furbaby. <3

Scheduling appointments is easy and convenient, and they have been incredibly helpful in communicating with our insurance company, which has made the entire process much smoother.
