I called before arriving the woman encouraged me to come in. However despite having health insurance they refused to help me because I did not have enough money to cover the copayment. Front desk lady said her supervisor said I could not receive any assistance. Don’t waste your time going there unless you have MONEY 💰

I was seen by a wonderful APRN, Brandon Keys. I felt very comfortable and heard. My consent was confirmed every step of the way and I felt safe and comfortable. While my visit did end with a referral to a specialist, I cannot speak highly enough of the team that saw me today from the reception team to the phlebotomist who drew my labs. Thank you for the excellent care you provide.

Excellent customer service and Dr. Cal in Martin went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. He educated me also. I would definitely recommend 1st Care.

This facility is fantastic!! I have taken my mom here several times and have been very impressed by the superb care she received. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and Kelly the nurse and Dr. Martin have been so kind and caring toward my mom. Dr. Martin is incredibly familiar with geriatric patients and the side effects of the medications. I feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful place. At 89, my mom is prone to sudden, new problems and I have been so grateful to be able to get her seen so quickly here, and by such a terrific and awesome staff!

Dr. Martin is exemplary of what a doctor is. I felt his interest and his best attention to my condition. The nurses and assistants are great. I had not one but two in charge of my referrals and appointments for CT and ENT visits. They both communicated with me and made sure they followed Dr. Martin’s order for my benefit.
