I can’t rate Dr. Giebeig personally, because we couldn’t get past his front desk. I was trying to get established as a new patient and was told I needed to come to the office with my insurance card and drivers license before I could get a new patient package. As a healthcare provider myself, I have patients as well. My office and home are 30 minutes away, thus requiring an hour drive, plus shutting my office down just to schedule an appointment. My office manager tried to explain this and was met with a hard no changes. When we said we would have to go elsewhere due to their inflexibility, we were told to have a nice day.. with employees like that, his competition has nothing to worry about.

Dr. Geibieg is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth doctors I have had the pleasure of using. His staff is incredibly welcoming and the wait time is very short, which to me, is important! I highly recommend his practice.

I love being a patient here! It is so hard these days to find a good doctor's office! I had such a horrible experience at Palms Medical so when I switched to Dr. Geibeig, it was a huge relief! They are definitely the best in my opinion! I could not recommend them enough! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They do not try to be complicated. They WANT to help! I see Susy Romero-Martinez and she is kind, thorough, very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner!

So apparently because one of their staff members gave me wrong info and told me that they did not take FL Blue HMO they will not except me back at their practice. The person that told me this is no longer there. I left on good terms with no balance being owed. The person i spoke with today Holly was very abrupt and rude and i have referred a ton of people to their practice telling them how wonderful they are because i did like them but not anymore. Their employees mistake of telling me 2 years ago that they did not take the HMO has cost me from seeing the Doctor I prefer to go to. Then on top of it was told they would ask the DR if he would take me back and apparently he said no. I am very disappointed.

i been in coustmer service for 32 yrs . without a coustmer you dont have a job .someone needs to share that the two woman i encounter at dr giebeig office in lake city fl . my appointment was may 17 at 745 am.They sent me a text saying to be there early 20 30 minutes .so i was . i got there and they were not open . No problem.the first un happy human that i encounter was walking by going in the office i said good morning are you guys open today .she look an scream that we dont open untill 730. so i thought not a happy type .she was a big girl bad health i guesss no biggie . so i waiting its 734 and finally another unhappy staff open the door and screams at me were my face diaper .no one said bring a mask no good morning nothing not hello not a thing but anger .so at this time i am think
