SIMEDHealth Foot and Ankle Center

I'm waiting to see the doctor. A woman in a wheelchair bent over almost to the point of falling had waited 57 minutes her son said. I've been waiting an hour and would leave now but they make you pay your in advance. I really like the podiatrist he is knowledgeable and kind. I asked to see the office manager but they said she was upstairs, what ever that means.

Dr. Rostislav Dennenburg is an excellent surgeon and his staff is very professional. They pay acute attention to detail and are great at what they do.

Doctor was great and quick. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Issue is: as a consumer/customer and patient it makes no sense to have to wait 45+ minutes after the time for a scheduled appointment. The doctor was on-call and in the emergency room which I understand that is much more important and I agree he should be there; however, I should have been let known that when I scheduled the appointment over-the-phone that it is possible that the doctor may not be in the office. Simple etiquette and good business practices go a long way. Had appt. scheduled at 8am, right when they open; did not get seen until 8:40/8;45. I have no issue with the doctor being in the ER but just let the patients know when they schedule (especially apparently early morning) appointments that the docto

Best podiatrist I have ever had! The staff is incredibly kind. The Medical Assistant took her time with me and the front desk lady was so sweet! If you are looking for a good podiatrist look no further Dr.Denenburg is incredibly so patient and answered every single question I had! He didn’t rush me when I asked a TON of questions. What an amazing experience I’m so excited to have found such an awesome podiatrist!
