The team are truly a pleasure to work with. Doctor Heath was great to work with getting diagnosed. She asked just the right questions and made me feel heard for the first time in a 15 month hive journey. Laquanya has jumped through hoops for me with 3 different insurances in 6 months! Melanie gives shots I never feel! And, the front desk is a joy to work with. I am so happy I was referred to this medical office.

Really great, knowledgeable, friendly staff and provider. Doctor took time and listened. My complaint would be that I was left alone in an exam room for almost an hour with no updates. I had to go to the front desk to get help. It happens. Still recommend. The quality of care is excellent.

EDIT: No one called back. I waited a week and called this morning. I FINALLY spoke to someone and got an appointment set up. I used to be a patient here but after my doctor retired I was considered a new patient and required to wait six months before I could see another doctor in the same clinic. I don't understand this and decided not to follow up, my general physician was able to handle my care. Starting in June of 2024 I started having severe colds. By January of 2025 I was getting really sick every 40 days. My doctor said we should have an allergist check me out, perhaps I'm running into a new allergen. She sent a referral to this clinic in January. When no one from the Gainesville office called me by the end of February my doctor sent a referral again in March. When no one reached o

Dr. Heath and the entire allergy care team are absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them for any of your pediatric allergy needs. Dr. Heath listens intently to any concerns, provides helpful recommendations and overall just helps put parents at ease. Also the staff (Fran, Crystal and entire team honestly) were so incredibly calming and supportive, helping us navigate allergy testing with my very apprehensive young son. Overall great experience and thankful for such great care. Could not recommend any location more!

Dr. Jordan Heath is great, her scheduling team is not. I had an appointment for allergy testing, which is had been waiting 5 years for since insurance took that long to find this play, 5 years unable to eat chocolate, fruit, or any major allergen because a bloodtest 6 years ago said I was allergic to everything under the sun. Only to be told the day of my appointment "this isn't scheduled for allergy testing, it's a 6 week follow up. We can't do allergy testing this late in the day" instead of telling me that WHEN I SCHEDULED ALLERGY TESTING! If I hadn't called to see if I could take my anxiety medication I'd have drove 2-2½ hours there, just to not get done what I needed and drive 2-½ hours home.
