I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff. The woman who answered the phone and assisted in person was rude and communicated in a disrespectful manner. Her interactions lacked professionalism, and it made the overall experience uncomfortable. I believe patient communication is very important, and I hope this can be addressed to improve service in the future.

Horrible experience, instead of a hello good morning we’re a little backed up so it might take some time to see you. The dentist walks out and says I have a lot of people so I won’t be able to see you today not knowing what kind of appointment I had or what I had set up that day then the receptionist as well was very rude and nasty. The place is not very clean or up-to-date at all. It looks like somebody’s house! I was there with my two young children so for them to see that was very unpleasing if you can’t handle your work environment I suggest you choose a different career path!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK WITH THEM. I ONLY TOOK MY GIRLS THERE BECAUSE A LOT OF PLACES BE BOOKED. THE OLD LADY WITH THE GLASSES IS VERY RUDE HER ATTITUDE IS NASTY. IF I COULD GIVE THIS OUT DATED PLACE A 0 STAR I WOULD. THE OLD LADY I ASSUME THE WIFE GOT MAD AT ME FOR ASKING FOR AN ABSENCE LETTER FOR MY CHILD SHE TOLD ME NO ITS JUST HER BABY TOOTH. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

If I can give negative stars I would. Today was not the first day this has happened. Scheduled me for today, Halloween, received the reminder via mail. Took off of work and my daughter missed school just to arrive at the office with a sign on door stating they are closed. No notification of closure, nothing. In these times taking off work because no one in the office had the decency to let patients know they are closed on the date of their appointment, is beyond ridiculous. It has gotten out of hand and my family will be going to a more professional dentist office

I brought my 85 year old mother who is a cash patient to this dental office today for X-ray they wanted to change $200 but was quoted $150 over the phone. They honored the quoted price. They said she needed a deep cleaning and quoted $300 cash. I asked if they could do half for $150 this week and $150 next week for the other half as it’s very difficult for an elderly person. They would not accommodate my request. This place has no compassion and charges top prices for a low cost office in Pine Hills. Receptionists needs a class in customer service. Will not be returning and can not recommend.
