This establishment should be evaluated for negligent conduct. I am writing this on behalf of my partner as her advocate. She was diagnosed with an infected abscess and was proscribed antibiotics. This prescription was never sent in by the dentist. Calls were made over several days and she was told that her meds would be sent in each time. They never were. After multiple days she sought assistance from her primary care doctor and was hospitalized for close to 4 days because of how bad her body reacted to the untreated infection. After all of this, this dental office hounded her down over a $25 fee for the original appointment. They were rude and told her that they were “ sorry that happened” when she called to pay the bill and let them know she will never be coming back. Dr. Schneider, y
