NEWEST UPDATE: had to go back in to ER for oxygen. Completely different experience. I would give this visit 5 stars. I was treated with respect. Had to be admitted until we could get oxygen at home but it was a pleasant stay as far as hospital stays go. They went above and beyond. Shout-out to my night nurse, Jon! Called an ambulance because I had been sick for a few days and the pain from the chest congestion became too much.. My ribs feel bruised from coughing. I was and am dizzy, was disoriented and nail beds turning blue. I arrived at the hospital and Dr Stringfellow came in and asked I was a smoker, I got out "typically yes..." and she diagnosed me with COPD.. No tests, no bloodwork, nothing. She hadn't even listened to my lungs yet. Oxygen level was 84. Got 3 breathing treatments wh

Beautiful clean physical plant. I’ve been on Hospital Boards. And I’d like to make a no cost suggestions. Coming in for hip surgery super early, my wife was registering me I was on a walker. Your reception seat where the paperwork was done, there was only 1 chair in all booths. I stood with my walker. When finished I’m struggling to stand and asked for a wheelchair the nice lady said she’d have to go find one. She did. Great professional Nurses and Surgery staff. They were great! Would come here again and recommend Siloam Springs Hospital. To have someone of Dr Creechs’ caliber doing Surgery there is a Credit to your CEO for getting him.

I was taken by ambulance to SS Hospital. The ER doctor listened to me, made informed decisions quickly that helped me tremendously. I was admitted but remained in the ER. There were no beds available on the floor. The nurses were great! My IV was leaking, Ben fixed that and repositioned it so that I was able to use my hand. He also made sure that I had a bed from upstairs so I would be more comfortable. Daria is a very intuitive nurse. She is just next level. Dr. Bloom sits down, spreads out your paperwork and has a conversation with you. He is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is the best. I was very well taken care of during my stay. Thank you! The only suggestion I have would be to have GF snacks available for Celiac patients. I had not eaten and with all the medications I start

Husband went to the ER...they were so nice and friendly! He ended up having surgery and staying a couple days. Staff was excellent! Loved our Nurse Bobbi!

Staff was very good procedure went well. But Doctor came out and talked to my husband and was showing him pictures of my Procedure. A few days later, when I was looking at the pictures and asked my husband where the pictures of my throat was. I realize that the pictures the doctor gave my husband were not mine. They were of someone else. I called the hospital and told them that I had someone else’s pictures and would like to know where mine were after a few moments they came back to the phone and said someone would call me back. That was last week and I still have heard nothing and today is February 2. I am going to call the hospital again and find out where mine are and this is a big HIPAA violation.
