I love my doctor. She is so sweet! I hope she never retires but I know she will one day, I wouldn't have another Dr because she's so accurate.

I appreciate this office so much. Not only is my primary care provider (Stefanie Franklin) excellent, but the office staff, nurses, and lab techs are great too. They answer phones, respond to concerns, express care, and even bill your insurance correctly.

We have Doctored at Ferrell as Dr Partridge's patients in 1966. We are now patients of Dr Oldham, as are some of our adult children and grandchildren. We are always treated professionally, and as if we were a member of his own family. He truly treats his patients with compassion . Dr Oldham always takes time to listen, explains your illness, the treatment he wants you th have, what your medication does and the possible side effects. Dr Oldham recently saved my life, after I was treated for several hours at Heartland Regional. I didn't trust their findings, so I called Dr Oldham's Office, he seen me and immediately sent me to Deaconess for test he couldn't do at Ferrell. I was admitted for a very serious illness. I love my PCP and the staff! They have been very accommodating in my move and transition from arkansas to here. Very nice and friendly staff and environment.

I've been going to Dr Miller for about 7 yrs she is extremely understanding, compassionate and is the only Dr I've had in the last 25 yrs that actually listens to you & believes you unlike most of the drs in my area that just think you are wanting pain meds. She is also very intelligent & in rare cases if she doesn't know she's not too proud to say so & recommend you see a specialist. I recommend her highly to every one.
