Despite the wait being longer than expected, the staff made mine and my daughters experience a very pleasant one. They accommodated both of us to be seen. Cindy assisted my daughter and she loved her! You can tell they truly care about your dental health and will definitely continue to use them for our dental needs.

Very poor communication with patients, certain staff is nice and their best, but others are clearly annoyed when you speak to them, and the doctors are extremely rude and unwilling to to talk about the options you have as a patient. The billing was also messed up. If my mom didn't notice they added a charge to my bill I would've payed an extra 250 dollars.

DO NOT try to go here for a dental emergency! I had an appt for 12:10 on Christmas Eve. I wanted to be with my family as much as anyone else, but I had an abscess that was getting worse WITH antibiotics, I HAD to see a dentist! They call me at 10:20 and tell me if I'm not there by 10:50 I'll be out of luck, because the dentist decided she wanted to leave. I would have been the last patient of the day, with a 1 hr gap from the last patient before me. They wanted me in and out NOW, not when my appt was. I have 2 small children to get ready as well, and my mom on the other side of town to give me a ride. I made sure to call them and say I wouldn't be there by 10:50, but I was on my way. They said the dentist would wait. I also told the receptionist and the manager about the infection and how

For the past years I’ve put my trust into this facility and have received nothing but regret back from it. If you are even considering the option of becoming a patient here then you WILL pay for it. I am completely disgusted by the thought of this building alone and would strongly advise that anyone undergoing any sort of treatment here stop NOW. This facility is completely unprofessional from the staff to the decor to even the equipment used in procedures. If you care about your loved ones please do not let them undergo any sort of treatment at this place. For my family and I, this facility was a huge mistake. My family has had countless incidents with this office that have inspired me to reach out to anyone attending this awful facility. They will push you to undergo completely unnecessa

The office is very understated, but the staff is friendly. They take good care of my wife and son, which is big for me. They are persistent when dealing with insurance companies. If they feel you need a service and insurance rejects it, they will not stop til they can get it covered. If you have some patience, not a bad place to go.
