Signature HealthCARE at Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center

I am very grateful to be here; staff is very kind and attentive. can’t remember a time when any nurse, aide, or other staff has left my room without inquiring if I need anything else. I am going to be here for an extended period of time, and I appreciate the way Summerfield is run.

The management of this facility needs to revisit their policies and their mission and vision. It is not instilled in the staff and patients get overlooked from care even upon discharge. We are not happy with the care our mother received. Too many things were said they were taking care of and were not. She has been discharged and we are still having to call about things only to find out that someone did not do their job. I pray the management looks into how things are being ran and make provisions to fix what needs to be fixed.

Upon arrival, the facility is super clean and staff is very welcoming and friendly. Everyone was super helpful and residents seem to be enjoying themselves doing activities and interacting. What a great place!

The therapy team is wonderful. They are good listeners and they are very organized. They always make the most of their time with the patients. Carter is amazing!

The facility is great but certain floor nurses are terrible. I've had interactions with two that were just down right rude. I've witnessed two nurses bullying another nurse that works with them. I believe that this facility needs to engage in making their work environment more friendly. Not only for their patients but also for other fellow employees. The floor nurses Rasheeda and Courtney that caused another employee to not only be embarrassed and humiliated I believe really need to go back in their training and learn a little bit of empathy and humility. Because two people working like that together and targeting their fellow employees and being rude to patients as well really need to be investigated.
