Signature Family Dentistry

The receptionist was very unprofessional. The phone conversation felt more like a "talking down to me " rather than professional advice. At that point, I was sure I wouldn't want to trust them with my dental care. When I asked to have my appointment cancelled, I was sarcastically informed that it had already been cancelled. The receptionist then rudely hung up the phone on me.

I love Dr. Vialva and her team. They're always personable, organized, and respectful of my time. I've been going for awhile now and Dr. V performs the best dental cleanings. I'm working on improving the look of my smile (aesthetics), so I would like a bit more professional advice in how to do so, but for every issue I've brought to her she's listened and given my options. & Special shout-out to Jenna for looking out for my safety as I was leaving my appointment!

I had an amazingly nice dental visit experience all around. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and polite. The dental assistant was wonderful and compassionate. Dr Vialva was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Dr. Vialva is one in a million who talks, listens and considers health concerns before moving forward with any procedures ensuring safety first. Dr. Vialva explained everything and ensured clarity. I was more than impressed with my visit and the thorough attention given to me as a Signature dental valued patient. I look forward to my next visit.

I leave this place in tears. This is the worse dental office I have ever visited. I visited there, they took my x-rays and the doctor did her checks, explain a few things and left. I was laying there thinking I’ll get a clean or something Smh I’m laying there and all I’m hearing is a lot of laughter and then front desk appear with a long list of $$. My issue is, someone could have explained to me that nothing is being done today and someone will be in shortly to explain XYZ. Almost 2hrs of my day waited. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my appointment. Very sad Signature Dental. Do better!!!
