Sierra Vista Urgent Care

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They keep you waiting for no reason, even when the place isn’t busy, and they act like you’re bothering them just by being there. If this is supposed to be “urgent” care, they completely miss the point. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and timely medical service.

This establishment is experiencing significant challenges, including unfriendly staff( super rude), excessive wait times, and a lack of respectful communication towards patients. It is important to address these issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. Dont waste your time here they are so unprofessional and mannerless.

Terrible care, doesn’t listen or help! Doctor did not address that a patient had overdosed on Tylenol. Dr. simply kept repeating what the daily limit was, while my friend continuously threw up and explained he had consumed more than the daily limit. No help provided. Absolute waste of time. Now we’re headed to the ER because this clinic was USELESS.

I don't know what all these people are talking about or else maybe I've just been lucky when it comes to the times I've walked in, but I've been to Sierra Vista Urgent Care three times now as a patient (and once with one of my kids) and I did not have to wait longer than 15 min to see the onsite doctor and was completely satisfied with everything and everyone. The waiting room, exam rooms and bathroom were all clean, the entire place had a normal medical office atmosphere and on all three occasions, I got what I needed. I received adequate care and everyone there was attentive and pleasant. Was it PPO-level care? Probably not, but I personally could not tell the difference and cannot think of one thing that bothered me about this urgent care. Newsflash Folks: This is a government-run me

Terrible service closes at 4:30 but you must arrive before 1pm so they can serve you because the wait is more than 3 hours, the other person who was there on her phone was very comfortable laughing, but never approached or took a minute of her time to call someone to help me, when the reception finally arrives it seems she doesn't have a bit of empathy nor does he turn to look at you, she just tells you we can't help and that's it, go to the hospital. IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT IT IS URGENT CARE when they don't care about their patients, the lady who treated me is called "Juana Marta Martinez"
