I take both of my daughters here & have since we moved here 7 years ago. We’ve only ran into one provider we didn’t care for in these 7 years, but the staff and other providers have been great. My youngest daughter gets her antigens administered here and the staff are always awesome. I want to say thank you to the staff in the antigen clinic today (8/15/23) specifically. My daughter had a sudden reaction to her antigens for the first time & the whole team reacted quickly without making her (or me) panic. They knew immediately on first sight that something was wrong, which lets me know they really do care and pay attention to their patients. 🩷 I’m so appreciative of all the staff involved in my daughters care.

You have the right to get your labs the moment the clinic gets the results. You do not need to wait a week for a doctor to go over those results with you. Your rights are covered under HIPAA and the specific section related to access to medical records (45 CFR § 164.524). It means they need to supply it upon request. I waited a week for lab result review and am now waiting another week for a doctor to put in a request for an additional test for a different issue. I suspect it will be 2 weeks and then another 2 weeks after I get to schedule it. They don’t really care about solving why you are in pain. I was told to go to the ER and that doctor told me they shirked responsibility.

New to the area and just switched insurance and setup all my info to transfer to A Doctor here. Prior to the initial visit something came up And they set me up with a virtual call with another provider at one of there other offices. Only an hour wait time same day. Pretty good. spoke with the provider and she prescribed the medication asap and I picked it up at the pharmacy inside there building. So all done in about 2 hrs. Everyone was so helpful. Thanks

Even though being named after a native tribe they don't accept native insurance. No video chat even tho I waited for my appointment and did what they asked even tho I Insisted on my kid being seen in person. Someone picked up and quickly "addressed" what ever they thought. Not what I was concerned about as PARENT. They continue to say goodbye to me whilst I was saying WAIT WAIT I'm not done with my questions. Ended the call on me. Only for me to call and wait on the line to be told they r with a patient when I HAD A APPOINTMENT for my child first and nothing I was concerned about was addressed. All they said was someone will call you. YEA RIGHT. I as a parent of a child who tested positive have been overlooked and bumped biased based on your positive results. You won't be seen only "phon

I’m not from here so moving many states from where I was, was very jarring. And one of my biggest worries was finding good primary/ mental health care. But this place and the people in it make me feel calm, understood & very welcomed. Whenever I don’t understand something I ask and I get an answer immediately nine times outta ten. And being a transgender man, it’s even scarier. But I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I like it here. 10/10 -Liam (He/Him) 9/13/23
