Everyone on staff is warm, inviting, and they truly care. Scheduling is always easy, I never wait for my appt when I get there, and they utilize my hour to the fullest. I’ve been through two separate injuries here and have had excellent results. Highly recommend Sierra Injury and Sports Rehab!

I recently completed 12 1-hour sessions of physical therapy at Sierra Rehab. There was a slight improvement in my condition, so I agreed to let them apply for another 12 sessions from my insurance. They notified me by 2 texts as soon as it was approved, as if there was some kind of rush. At the time, Grass Valley was getting horrendous smoke from a nearby fire, so I called the scheduler, Kathy, to tell her I was going to put off scheduling treatment for a few days to see what happened with the smoke. She immediately flared up with anger, and snapped at me in a rude and angry voice, and I told her I would call her in a few days. Friendly reminder texts are sent for upcoming appointments which greatly assist with communication. PT sessions begin and end on time providing prompt and reliable service. The practice offers extended hours, 8am-6pm M-F with appointments scheduled out to accommodate patient’s schedules. I have a lot of injuries that were never treated so they've worked on my knees and neck so far. The team here is great, they're kind and understanding. You know it's a great place when you are sad to leave. Not that I ever hope to be back but this may not be my last time. Until then.
