Sierra Madre Animal Hospital

I brought a friends dog in while they were out of town. The hospital is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. The veterinarian was kind and straight forward. The dog was a bit scared and the staff took great care of her. The reason I gave four stars out of five, is that the interior is lacking some of the more modern amenities and features that animal hospitals I've visited else where have and offer.

The staff at Sierra Madre Animal hospital are amazingly friendly and Accommodating to Annabelle. Paula and Rose and all the rest of the staff have been so helpful🙏

We used to love Dr Cailleteau. He took care of our animals for years. But then he precipitated the death of our cat, through what seems like carelessness, and has not even responded to being asked to acknowledge what happened, so we have had to find a new vet for our other animals. Hopefully he just had an off day or two, but he has definitely appeared to be struggling with major physical pain himself, which is awful, and can be exhausting, so maybe something like that played a role (?). We just don't know. We still think well of him, but we can no longer recommend him. Most disappointing of all, Dr Cailleteau has been completely unresponsive since, so we have no way of clearing things up, which is uncomfortable. Dr Cailleteau said the cat needed teeth removed. We had a wonderful experience at Sierra Madre Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly and professional. We look forward to bringing all of our pets here.

Been coming here for a few years now. This time they said they were pretty booked but they were able to get me in the morning after I called. I'm really happy with how they've been dealing with COVID. They have a super smooth system where they take your pet inside and while the vet is with your pet they call you to let you know what's going on. As usual my cat got exceptional care and a quick prescription for an oral medication to alleviate his symptoms.
