Sienna Dental

Today, I visited Dr. Lamb for a crown procedure, and the experience was incredible. She was extremely friendly and took the time to explain every step, answering all of my questions thoroughly. After the crown was completed, the hygienist, Allen, performed my deep cleaning and made me feel very comfortable, especially since I was quite nervous. Dr. Lamb’s entire staff is exceptionally kind, and I am truly grateful to them from the bottom of my heart. They are the best!

My mom went this morning for a regular deep cleaning and was treated incredibly poorly by Dr. Nicole. With a language barrier in place, going to the dentist is already a nerve wracking experience and it was made doubly worse by what she described as an awful attitude by the doctor. She asked a simple question about the anesthesia process the office uses (because she had never been given oral anesthesia before and was scared) and was given a short answer by the dentist. This lack of clarity about treatment is why people are terrified of the dentist. Further, being told by your Dr. to “enjoy your cleaning” in a sarcastic tone after declining a service she simply did not want done is embarrassing behavior from a woman with a Doctoral degree. Hi well , I just wanted to let used know that I went to Sienna for a regular cleaning today. And the service was marvelous and the hygienist was very nice, very polite and very knowledgeable. It's was a wonderful experience and I am very satisfied for quality of service. Thank you !

This was my first time calling this office to ask a simple question: “Are you taking new patients?” The representative answered, “Good afternoon, Sienna Dental, please hold,” and immediately put me on hold for five minutes before I hung up. When I called back, the same thing happened. After about three minutes, the representative finally returned and said, “We’re still attending to patients. Please hold a few more minutes.” I wasn’t told that from the start, I was just placed on hold right away without any explanation. I told her “never mind” and hung up. I understand that the office may be busy, but basic professionalism and courtesy go a long way. I had a great experience at Sienna Dental! Dr. Nicole Lamb is an amazing dentist—professional and caring. Jasmine, the dental assistant, was so friendly and attentive, and Santiago, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!
