⸻ My mom truly feels at home here, and that means everything to us. Knowing she is in a place with warmth, kindness, and a sense of community brings us so much comfort. We really enjoy seeing all the wonderful activities and events taking place. The community is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff is personable, consistent, and attentive. My mom recognizes her doctors and nurses, who are always available to meet her needs. From crafts and creative projects to games, themed celebrations, and special gatherings, there is always something engaging happening. We’ve also seen outings like trips to the casino, movies, and special takeout meals — it’s wonderful to see so many opportunities for residents to enjoy life outside the community. I think it is beautiful, the nurses& staff are all friendly and kind. Their therapy people are great. Only 2 complaints from me. The first is the food, it's terrible! And,for such a nice place, the beds are awful. Very bad to sleep on,not comfortable at all. If the food was any good at all, it would be a nice place, My friend was there for a while,and we felt so bad for her, she couldn't eat their food,so we would take her food.She made us promise to tell her family to find a place with better food if she ever had to be in a place like that again. What a shame for such a lovely place to serve that garbage& at different times, never the same time every day.and she said they would start at one end & it would be cold when her end got theirs.This lady is only 56 yrs old& not senile. It is a beautiful facility but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s absolutely horrible. My aunt was in there she went for days without a shower or even changing her clothes. One evening she was so dirty I had to shower her myself the aides didn’t even offer to help. They were supposed to set physical therapy up before she left and it didn’t happen. We still haven’t gotten a call. They told me her insurance wouldn’t pay for a shower chair or walker her doctor got the insurance to pay for one. The only good thing they did was send her home with a walker and said we can replace them because we have more money but I also refused to bring her home without one. And then one of the people higher up says well my mom was here I told her I’m sure her mom got high quality care. Keep

My mother has been here since 2020. This place is exceptional, the care this staff has for the patients is noted and seen as you come in the place. The beds could be more comfortable, but I would recomment this home to anyone.

My mother was there and didn't get but one shower the whole week and had to lay in her diaper wet and sometimes soiled until they came in to change it The rehab didn't prepare her for walking And they told us she had to leave that medicare wouldn't pay for her to stay the social services director told me she would order a bedside potty and it would be delivered to the house still waiting She also stated that they had physical therapists on duty on weekends but told another visitor that they didn't have one on weekends. Very displeased with service to
