Siena Animal Hospital

My three pups and I love Siena Animal Hospital. They’re always so warm and welcoming when we come in, they’re excellent at answering my questions, and always give me options as to recommended care. I have one pup who’s pretty fearful of most people and they’ve been so patient with him, he doesn’t have any problem being seen by them.

Thank goodness there are still good quality vets that are privately owned. I recommend Siena hospital for all pet needs. My 15 year old feline had a dental with no issues.

I recently adopted a pup from an animal shelter and noticed a health issue that needed to be addressed but I also wanted a forever doctor… the staff at this place is so great. Professional, knowledgeable but most importantly caring. They explained to me what the process would be and made sure I understood everything. I love this place!

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. I arrived carrying my dog in my arms — she couldn’t stand or walk — and the very first thing they told me was that I had to pay a $500 deposit just to be seen, not including any additional tests or treatments. I found that absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been a regular client here, and there was no respect, empathy, or sense of urgency from the staff. They didn’t even show basic compassion toward a pet in clear distress. For a place that has treated my dog several times before, this was deeply disappointing. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Great vets and staff. Always treat all pets well, and are happy to provide extra administrative help with emailing invoices.
