My initial impression of the building was positive—it was clean and nice, and the self-service kiosk check-in was convenient. The wait time to go back was long, as well as the wait in the back. Make sure you plan a half day here. The technician who assisted me was professional and friendly. Dr. Hayes seemed somewhat friendly; however, I did not feel fully confident in the exam itself. During my eye exam, the machine was frequently not aligned properly with my eyes. I tried to explain this, and while she adjusted it and mentioned that the setup was different from the other exam room, it repeatedly became misaligned again. I have been to two other places, and this one definitely stands out. From my very first visit, I noticed the excellent service, attentive care, and professionalism of the entire staff. They take the time to perform a thorough medical examination, truly listen, and clearly answer all questions. Today I saw Dr. Hudson, and his compassionate approach and professionalism were just as outstanding. They truly have an exceptional team.

Doctor Hayes was thoughtful and caring. She came up with a plan A and plan B for my eye issue. She spent time and cared about follow up and helping me get better. It’s sad to say this kind of care is rare. I was surprised and grateful.
