Siegel's Pharmacy

They are a very a fast pharmacy when filling prescription’s but the customer service suckssss I was on the phone recently with some young lady & my autistic niece was in the background & she starts to laugh and I asked her like are you laughing and she replies yes ignorant as hell. I asked her what is funny ? She laughs again I then asked to speak to her supervisor because I don’t want to talk to someone like that . Very disrespectful, the supervisor then replies I will tell her and she has autistic people in her family as well and okay and that gives her a pass ? Please very unprofessional….

Siegel's is the absolute best pharmacy for your medications and anything else you may need, who needs Rite-Aid or Walgreens when you get much better service at Siegel's. I have used them as my pharmacy for so many years hard to count and they DELIVER. Let's see the others do that. The staff have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and can help you with any questions or issues you may have. Hope they never leave the area.

I spoke with someone named Matt who was extremely rude for no reason. I initially called because CVS was charging $80 for the brand of epi-pen they have in stock (my insurance only covers Mylan which is on back-order). I then called Siegel's and he told me that they have a generic which is made by Mylan. When I accidentally gave him the bin # for my medical insurance instead of the rx bin #, he had an attitude. He called me back when my insurance was sorted and told me that the prescription was covered and that I had a copay of over $300. Knowing this, he did not recommend transferring back the script, but instead caught an attitude when I asked him to do so. Whether you are having a bad day or not, there is never an excuse to be rude to customers, especially when they are not rude to you.

Over 40+ years of great service from my local family owned and operated pharmacy...Good service in a family friendly environment...

Cheaper and better service then the big chain pharmacies. My number 1 go to pharmacy unless I'm out of town of course.
