Such a kind and friendly atmosphere. From the moment we walked through main entrance, everyone was so helpful. The doctor's order at Radiology was incorrect but instead of sending us on our way and having us come back a different day. Instead ( Jodi ) the Radiology receptionist along with the Radiology nurses went above and beyond to get things changed so we could keep the appointment. They were so considerate, we were apologized to multiple times for how long it took. Wonderful customer care! 5☆ Hospital Employees

If you are pregnant or expecting to be, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. My husband and I went here during our first pregnancy in late 2023 and it was a horrible experience. The doctor never even bothered to confirm I was pregnant via urine or blood tests, scheduling me for an expensive ultrasound instead. Right before my ultrasound, I told the tech that I was nervous about the transvaginal portion due to past medical issues, and she seemed empathetic at first. This is why it surprised me even more when she quickly and forcefully inserted the transducer, rather than being gentle and slow. I cried twice during the procedure; she didn't care. She also refused to let either my husband or I see the screen during the exam. (Later, the doctor told me that her silence meant bad news.) Oh,

Poor billing department- routinely will not submit correct coding for services so your insurance won’t accept it as preventative. Beware before treating here for anything or be prepared to pay out of pocket for everything

***SIDNEY RESIDENTS BEWARE*** Sidney Regional Med Ctr is literally the worst facility I've ever dealt with. It's the 3rd time and we have taken steps to advise them our visits are wellness and that our plan covers wellness at 100%. Therefore, leading to 0.00 financial impact to the member. Unfortunately, the hospital has terrible billers and refuse to correct their billing. I have submitted appeals to our Plan and have yet to get resolution. In the meantime, I'm threatened that I'll be sent to collections if we do not pay the bill. So I will have to pay it regardless of what conclusion the plan comes to. The awareness for the Sidney residents: know your rights and your benefits. They will take advantage of you and will bill things inappropriately. They do this to get money from you and fro

Sister came into the ER for severe stomach pain. Her abdomen was distended and firm to the touch. She never received any meds that the PA said she was going to get her, and the PA put “normal findings, no tenderness” on the abdomen section of her records. The next day, X-ray showed a full colon. Couldn’t recommend AVOIDING this place more.
