Dr. Ross is absolutely AMAZING! She honestly has the best bedside manners. She came in and gave me a huge everytime and made sure I was comfortable after surgery. I spent the night and had 2 wonderful staffs Myles and Heidi! Heidi was my rock during my stay over. She stood in the room and had random conversations with me and to me that is what nursing is suppose to be about. Thank you, for making this hard emotional surgery into a good one!!!

Medical side is hands down amazing. Billing on the other hand. Hit and miss. They don’t quite know what they are doing. And they can’t seem to answer their phones. I called 6 times. 3 numbers given on my bill. 1 went to voice mail. 2 numbers picked up. But no one was on the other end. Is this a joke? Beyond that. Huge should out to Steve and his pharmacy staff. Absolutely amazing!! Wooooo hooooo. Greatest people ever. Labor and delivery also good people. Construction crew sucked. ( but that’s okay) Food service also absolutely amazing. All of them. Cafeteria sweetest people ever. Food delivery to room super polite, respectful, and quick. Ent good People. Last but not least OBGYN Dr Ross is my life saver. Her nurse is the greatest. Derek is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains your medical situation with care and helps you to understand the process. He goes above and beyond even checking your wound and explaining proper care. Im super impressed and have complete trust in him as my physical therapist!

Yin Villegas is an excellent physical therapist. She is very professional and diagnosed my problems right away and went right to work helping me to do the exercises so I can do them at home. Yin is very cheerful and always greets me with a smile.

Shayla at the ob office is unnecessarily rude. She makes assumptions about patients instead of asking questions. She hears a man’s voice & quickly says, “this is the ob clinic🙄”. I’m trying to make arrangements for my wife’s appointment and just because Shayla’s stressed out, she thinks it’s ok to be rude and vaguely respond to my questions. It’s a simple & courteous task to explain that due to safety reasons she wouldn’t be able to share info with me if I’m not on the emergency contact list yet. Instead she chose to play dumb and state “this is an ob office, YOU don’t have an appt with us”. Like duh 304 I know “I” don’t have one, learn some manners and explain the simple process. We are a family and I’M ALLOWED to make plans for OUR appt. My wife & I both make sacrifices everyday to care
