Their patience with us and our slightly overweight cat was amazing! I was worried that she might have anemia, so they tested her blood to determine if she was okay or not. Their reassurance helps me calm my mind. I was impressed by Hazel's trust in the doctor. Animal care comes naturally to the doctor. If you're looking for a place to care for your pets, I would suggest trying their hospital. Affordable too. Furthermore, I am deaf and I appreciate the fact that they communicate with me and my partner on a similar level and ensure that I comprehend everything. ☺️ Love their cat, btw! (Hospital cat)

If I could have given no stars it would have been just that. I've been taking my 2 shihtzu 's there for 2 years, my male dog had a ear infection that worsened. It was never resolved. I dreaded coming to this nasty place. The help or whatever you call her looked mean, didn't talk or smile. My dog had terrible anxieties literally pulling up. Long story short $2000 later from shots, and trying to get my dog ears fixed. Meds behind meds(ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED that was prescribed). Not to mention he began to have a terrible rash( the Dr. gave a mousse to try to fix that. Overall, I just think the place cares more about money than your fur baby. Thankfully I found a place that is phenomenal ( Lansing Animal Hospital) the place in clean, modern and very friendly. The Dr. got rid of my dog ears

Rocko and I always have a great experience at this animal hospital. From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Davis and her team listen to my concerns, treated my furr baby with so much compassion, and explained every step of the exam and treatment in a clear, reassuring way.

Always awesome service and caring for my Bella! Bella's is always taken care of. Dr. Davis and the entire staff (Sue, Idaly, Marjorie, Francis, Margaret, Tim, and Heather) are all very attentive and caring when I am upset and scare for my Fur Baby! They listen to me and ease all of my concerns. I would never take Bella anywhere else unless they are closed, and it is an emergency. I LOVE THEM ALL!

Dr. Davis and her staff are awesome. I have a 4 year old 120 pd. American bully with allergies, skin problems, gut problems, ear infections and hip problems. It took a little while but they got him squared away. He is in much better shape with very little skin problems or infections and he is moving around great.
