Shuayb Dental Institute - Spring Hill

Omg I love everything about this place I broke my tooth and I called the office in the middle of the afternoon and the office manager asked me to right in and it doesn't end there im terrified of the dentist. But the hygienist was so kind she made me feel so comfortable the dentist he was amazing they did the crown the same day. My 2nd time there for an emergency. I made them my primary dentist. See them in January

I went for a consultation and decided on the treatment option that was best for me and at that same appointment we started treatment right then. I walked out with temporary crowns and go back in 2 weeks for the permanent ones. Everyone in the office was wonderful especially Dr. Omar and Trish. Very happy with my very 1st time there.

My fiance went today for a scheduled cleaning and exam. She showed up on time for her 9am appt. Waited over 35 minutes and never saw the dentist. She had to leave before seeing the dentist after being in the office for 90 minutes. This is the second time they did this to her. Last time she had to have a tooth pulled she was waiting over 40 minutes and had to be numbed again waiting on the dentist. When asked why it was taking so long they told her he was in a meeting. I would not recommend going to this dentist.

I was very impressed with the office and all members of the staff that I interacted with. All were extremely helpful. I had two perm crowns made while I was in the office. Tech is top notch. I actually commented to my wife later in the evening how nice the appt was.

The best and most gentle! They are awesome. Janine is beyond nice and extremely careful with her patients.
