This spa has always been reliable. The therapists are professional and caring, and the place is clean and soothing. After just a month of visits, my back pain has eased significantly, such a pleasant surprise! I definitely recommend it. Love it!!!

Working in an office means living in a chair and my body was paying the price. Shu Massage helped me unwind layers of tension I didn’t even know I had. After a full season of treatments, I sleep better, move easier, and feel more energized. Their loyalty program is a great perk: after 10 visits, you earn a free massage. I’m almost halfway there, and already looking forward to the next season of relief.

Absolutely horrible experience! I left the place in tears. The masseuse was using her phone and constantly getting messages and calls 5 minutes into the massage. She was massaging with one hand and barely focused on what she was doing. I paid 53 dollars for 30 minutes and asked for a refund within 5 minutes of the massage. I didn’t get a refund after they made me talk to 2 other people. I had a rough week and came for some relaxation, I got nothing but frustration. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. They clearly don’t care about customer service

Not a bad massage, but issues with service. The masseuse spoke NO English whatsoever, making it difficult to express myconcerns. We used Google Translate but not much help. And she stepped away from my massage THREE times to acknowledge customers who walked in, for a total of 10 to 15 minutes - but did not increase my massage time. Unprofessional and a ripoff.
