Will charge you more than double the price of any other pharmacy for the same meds with their “in house program similar to good rx” which just means they were a closer drive so you saved on gas.

Dr. called in an RX for me for a new glucose meter and 2 refills on my daily meds. Shriver's said I had to pay $200 for the meter and refused to use my insurance cards ???? I called them & was told they are a small town pharmacy and cannot take the loss. I was then billed $64.00 for my refills which are covered 100% so I asked again why I was suddenly charged and Rob, rudely asked why I had so much insurance??? I have been getting refills there for years and the same meds were covered last month completely and he said I needed my receipt to have it fixed, I was billed $59.99 for an antibiotic which was completely covered there last month! What a rip off and was treated rudely w/no apology. I will never go there again for anything. Sad they try to rip off elderly people and I plan to file a

Not wearing masks on January 18th troubled us. I would think being a Pharmacy masks at this point of the pandemic should be worn especially with their contact with the elderly. We’ll go back to curbside pickup if we stay with this Pharmacy. We’ve had a few problems with our order’s not being correct. I’m thankful we have a Pharmacy in the Village of Loudonville and hopefully they’ll be more careful in the future. I could have gone into greater detail but I won’t do that to a local business. My advice would be to care more about those your serving and wear a proper face covering and attention to detail when filling prescriptions.

You get the best service here. Its like nowhere else. Even when insurance wants us to all use the big chains. I try to have my prescriptions routed here for as long as possible.
