Very rude people, they just don’t care about you, nor your questions and concerns. Will never be back!
I have been really happy with the care my family has received from this practice. They are attentive and caring, and simply the best. The office staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice, especially Drs. Chakrabarti and Domino.
Great practice. Always accommodating and know me as a patient (not just a number!) even though I might only be in once or twice a year. Dr. Chackrabarti is outstanding as are the nurses, medical assistants and support staff.
Terrible attitude from the clerks. Had made an appointment for 8 am, and I had to work an overnight shift the night before I got called in for. I overslept and got to the office at 9, and they wouldn't even negotiate a reschedule or a 1 miss variance. So disrespectful in my opinion, will never even give the building a passing glance.
I’ve been going to this practice for years, and the level of professionalism and empathy is outstanding.
