Showcase Dental Laboratory

We’ve been using Showcase for about 4 months and have had a streamlined and consistent experience with crowns in particular. Their custom staining has been phenomenal, which makes delivering anteriors so satisfying!

We have not had one crown seat appropriately or denture fit in the last month. They must have laid off their original lab tech. Avoid.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dental lab has been incredibly disappointing. From the beginning, they made several promises about turnaround time, quality and communication- none of which were fulfilled. Cases were delayed well beyond the agreed- upon deadlines, causing unnecessary stress for both my team and our patients. When the work arrive, it often required multiple adjustments or remakes, which is unacceptable for a professional lab. Communication was another major issue. Misty who apparently is the " Manager" lacked any real solutions or accountability not to mention she is extremely rude. Awesome lab. Great work, great customer service. They’ve bailed me out on some very tight timeframes several times. Absolutely recommend!
