Shores Primary Care PC

My daughter and I both see Allison Hobson but have also seen Amber Sufi (i think thats the last name) and we LOVE them. AND the medical assistants! Even the front desk lady! Everyone is so kind and makes us both feel at ease. Allison listens to our concerns and doesnt rush us out of the room like some Dr's. The MA's do a wonderful job drawing our blood, they never have to fish around,they're super friendly which is great bc my daughter DOES NOT like Dr's offices due to past experiences. But Allison and the team at Epic, now Shores Primary, have made her feel welcomed and comfortable. We live 45-50mins from the office and its WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! Im hoping to get in before Christmas and bring some treats as a token of appreciation. Maybe a baby gift for my front desk girl! Im so sorry I do

The old receptionist looks mean and she gets irritated quick. I heard her talk to a few patient over the phone and no costumer service at all, she sounded nasty towards them. The nurse assistance didn't even introduced herself and looks unprofessional, chewing gum and I've never seen her wash her hands. The only good thing about this place is the NP and the female doctor, they're nice and professional. I only came to this place because it's easy to get an appointment, you don't have to wait for few weeks or months, now I know why!!!

This place is ridiculous. My first visit a doctor never came to see me. It was a NP the whole time, and he kept making jokes and didn’t take any of my concerns seriously. I had blood work done that day and have not been able to check my results. When I try to sign in to the portal it says I must verify my identity using a phone number that I have never had before in the past. They must have put another patients contact information into my patient portal. The only way to fix this is to call the office and they never answer the phone. The line for test results constantly goes to voice mail everyday. I will be calling my insurance company and getting a new provider appointed to me immediately.

I've been coming here for maybe six or so years now and have never had a negative experience. I've probably seen almost all of the doctors and NPs here and always had good experiences that when I call for an appointment and they ask who I want to see I tell them it doesn't matter. Whenever I need to make an appointment and I call in, they are always very kind and accommodating and I'm usually always able to get an appointment in a couple days. The front desk receptionists, medical assistants, phlebotomists, everyone I've came in contact with has always been kind and helpful.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. The front staff is very business like and the back office staff is kind and patient. I have had to wait because the office is so busy but when I have been suddenly ill they take me the same day. I realize I was squeezed in but grateful for being able to see my doctor that day. Dr. Barnett has always treated me with kindness and never rushes me. Dr. Zilly has always helped me with a warm smile and listens to my every care or concern. Everyone greets me by name and with a smile. I will stay with my doctors at Shores Primary Care.
