I Won’t be returning. Unhappy with the Dentist she is not very likable & she gives the impression that it’s more about making money as opposed to giving great care. Let me explain. I went to the dentist because I had sensitivity with one of my teeth, the technician that met with me asked me if I had any other concerns and I said yes. He went to speak with the dentist and the dentist said just take imaging of her concerns. This dentist was completely aware that I hadn’t been to that office in one complete year, so why wouldn’t she take Imaging of all of my teeth? When I went to schedule the appointment to have the tooth that was sensitive taken care of the dentist & the receptionist were whispering & I was told by the receptionist that the dentist wants imaging of all of my teeth & that the

Will not be returning. I was told my insurance had no issues when I sent my card. They didn’t even tell me they were out of network and then got a surprise bill of hundreds for a routine exam. Spoke to billing after emailing twice and calling and they even had the nerve to make a veiled threat about it going to collections when I just got the bill in the mail today and was just issued the unacceptable explanation. She even tried to tell me her staff would never not tell me if they were out of network. They never did. I even have the email telling me they would reach out with any issues with my insurance and they never did. Why would I lie about not being told? I would have never scheduled the exam.

After relocating and losing my dentist of 20 years I have now been through 6 dentists in the past 1.5 years. They all have left where they were. This practice is privately owned and is a family business. You feel like part of the family immediately with Samantha in the front who is kind and energetic. The assistants were warm and smart. Dr. Jason explained his background, listened to my history and explained everything he found clearly and with time for questions. This practice is state of the art with all the latest technology. The office is beautiful and welcoming. Finally I hope I have found a place to land! Five stars.

I made a new patient appointment for a cleaning, and the front desk was so helpful and accommodating over the phone. Once I went into the office, everyone I encountered was so professional, while still warm and personable. I needed to return the following week for some dental care and again, all the staff was wonderful. They all made me feel so comfortable. I’m so glad to have found this practice after years of being inconsistent with visiting the dentist due to not liking the environment of my previous provider. I used to dread dentist appointments, but after finding this practice, I won’t be dreading appointments any more, and I will now be consistent with my cleanings.

Easy, quick but still thorough! Appreciated that I was offered options for sensitivity but felt zero pressure to go ahead with anything. Both the front desk and hygienists were really friendly. The coffee bar in the front was a nice perk!
