They don't fight for their workers. They ignore your calls and won't confront you they will just email you and say "you're fired" but while ur trying to get the job they call and text and leave voicemails.

I had the opportunity to work privately for Heather Gardner, the president and owner of Shore Staffing Solutions. During my employment, I was initially promised a specific number of hours that were subsequently not provided. I believe this reduction in hours was a retaliatory action, which caused a significant financial burden for me. I did not receive any notice. The hours were just taken away. Even though there were plenty of hours to give. Even though I needed them. The stated reason for the reduction was that working four nights a week would be excessive. However, during a conversation, Heather offered me the opportunity to take on her on-call, after-hours duties, including handling call-outs, for additional compensation.
