Amazing facility all around. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the smooth process with admissions, to the wonderful therapy team, nurses and aids who work tirelessly, the Activities lady who keeps the patients entertained and happy, and the environmental staff who keep that building in great shape! Nothing short of a great experience once you get there!!!! If you’re on the ESVA and you need therapy, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Or even if you need long term care needs, they have it all!!
Such a wonderful place! The rehab team is amazing at helping patients accomplish their goals, become stronger, and get back home to their loved ones! Also, Did you know that Shore Health & Rehab is the only skilled nursing facility on the ESVA that has a Certified Wound Specialist?? She is the BEST!!!!

Wonderful rehab center for short term and long term care. The staff is outstanding and really cares about those living at the center. It is clean and well organized. Residents are happy and staff seems engaged and happy as well!
