ShopRite Pharmacy of Sussex/Wantage

The pharmacy dept has the most rudest people working there..went there sat Jan 18 in the afternoon.. I am new to the pharmacy dept..went there to pick up my meds and the lady said oh your from acme? With an attitude.. No I’m not from acme.. then they proceeded to tell me the price I paid at acme is the price you pay here.. I said once again I’m not from acme, and no the price is not the same I have a new prescription plan.. they did not care, they did not process my new card and I walked away with no meds… I will be transferring my scripts and I will spread the word not to use ShopRite in Sussex!! Worst customer service ever!!!

I have shopped at the Franklin location for almost 30 years and NEVER had any rotten food purchased. Since the grand opening I have gotten rotten cod and last night rotten pork chop! This is unacceptable to me as the expiration dates were still good. I know its the same ownership, but I will be returning to Franklin even though its a farther drive. Not sure whats going on or if it was just bad luck on my part but I am not taking anymore chances with this location.

This pharmacy is the only one in the area that keeps the line of communication open with you as the patient. If you have questions and call they handle it in a kind and efficient manner. If you need a refill and they have to order it, they will call you and let you know instead of keeping you wondering where your medication is. I travel often and sometimes I need to get my medication as soon as possible and they are able to accommodate my needs.
