ShopRite Pharmacy of North Brunswick

Whoever is responsible for answering the phone is very rude and disrespectful they do not know how to communicate with patients on the phone and in person. I would advice not to make this your main pharmacy. They do not communicate clearly with patients and doctors. They caused so many problems with the medications and caused delay for the pills which caused severe sickness. Even though the doctor prescribed 90 days for pills, they would give me 30 days. Please do not use this pharmacy.

Tried to fill a prescription tonight as a new customer and was told the medication was out of stock, which I do not believe. Then was told they could have it by Friday evening, today Is Tuesday!? All while she had already handed me back the perscription, implying they had no desire to fill it which I believe was the case because of the type of medication it is. Does the pharmacist have the right to discriminate against the type of medication and just choose not to fill a script? Very frustrating! And a business like shop rite I’m sure gets deliveries everyday!

The pharmacists there should really educate themselves on what medications are. They do not use good RX for some medications. Very disappointing. Will not be going to them ever again!

not happy with knowledge of staff dont get notified when my prescreption is ready i was subscribe a medication called qulipta they told me its 500 dollars went to a different pharmacy with my same insurance and got it for free

The staff there is always ready to help you and answer questions you may have. Prescriptions are filled timely. I have only good things to say about them.
