Employees are extremely rude. One women was very nasty when talking to me and the other banged on the window to get my attention instead of using her words like an adult

This pharmacy, staffs some of the rudest workers I've ever encountered in my life! The older woman with her hair brushed back in a ponytail at the pick up counter is very uncouth! She doesn't greet you, her face is always frowned up and she gives customers nothing but attitude. Also, the Caucasian pharmacist is very dismissive and rude. I've tried to ignore the attitude but I no longer can. Today will be the last time I use the Shop-Rite Pharmacy of Newark.

The pharmacy staff has always been kind and helpful and I love the food selection. This Shop Rite has been welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Upon rushing to this location after being discharged from the ER we had the worse experience with a pharmacist. While we understand we arrived about 20 minutes before closing time the pharmacist was very impatient to begin with when we walked up to the window. Upon noticing that we could not locate our insurance card she became increasingly curt, rude and downright disrespectful. The final straw was her banging her hand on the counter. She didn’t bother to even finish the transaction as she had a colleague finish the transaction while she stormed off. This will be the last and final time using this pharmacy for anything.

Rude and disrespectful pharmacist. Raised her voice at me and stormed off while I was trying to explain something to her. And the witch thought I was going to let her give me a shot? 🤣 She needs to be fired. I'll never do business with this pharmacy.
